Terms and Conditions
Delivery start date
Your delivery will start from the date shown on your order form. All orders will start on a Sunday if order details are received by the Wednesday. e.g.:
If you place your order between Sunday and Wednesday your delivery will start the following Sunday. If you place your order between Thursday and Saturday your delivery will start a week on Sunday.
Payment of account
You can pay your account as follows but this needs to be set up at the time of order:
- Online: An email will be sent to you approx. 4 days prior to the payment date. The funds can be collected from your account (as nominated at the time of placing the order) or via bank transfer.
- By phone: An invoice will be sent to you approx 4 days prior to the payment date. Call 01279 862732 to settle the account.
- By post: An invoice will be sent to you approx. 4 days prior to the payment date. Post cheque to: One Click Papers, Blakes Farm, Parsloe Road, Epping Upland, Epping CM16 6QB.
Your account will include the cost of all newspapers and magazines delivered plus a delivery charge.
Please do not contact your delivery person regarding payment or queries.
Delivery Suspensions
If you wish to suspend deliveries whilst you are away on holiday, for example, then:
- On line customers: To update your account online you will need at least one full days notice.
- By phone: At least 3 days notice will be necessary.
Insufficient notice could result in orders being unnecessarily delivered and added to your account. Please do not tell your delivery person about delivery suspensions or queries; they are unable to update your account.
Recommend a friend
When recommending a friend we will contact the friend to confirm their details etc. Recommend a friend orders will only commence where the friend is a new customer and the delivery service is available within the One Click Papers delivery framework.
The person recommending a friend will receive the current offer for each household they have recommended providing that:
- The person they have recommended is a new customer.
- The person they have recommended has not previously been a One Click Papers customer with a history of non-payment.
- The order is able to commence within the normal operating procedures of the One Click Papers framework.
- Offer will be processed once recommended household has made their first payment.
Cancellation
Once your delivery has started, we will continue with your order until instructed otherwise by you. If you wish to cancel, you are required to give One Click Papers one weeks notice in writing. Either email us, or write to us at: One Click Papers, Blakes Farm, Parsloe Road, Epping Upland, Epping. CM16 6QB.
Notice must be given to One Click Papers directly.
Please do not give any cancellations or adjustments to your delivery person; they are unable to update your account.
One Click Papers right to cancel
One Click Papers reserves the right to cancel any account if it is felt that any of the following has occurred:
- Threatening or abusive action towards any member of staff
- Non-payment of account
- Disruptive behaviour
- Any other reason deemed unsatisfactory by the One Click Papers management team
One Click Papers missed delivery
Our intention is to deliver your order. However from time to time there may be instances where for reasons beyond our control it has not been possible. On these occasions, One Click Papers will not charge you for both that days order and delivery charge.
